Subject: No Bylaws Amendments or Proposals Submitted by Deadline
No proposed amendments or proposals to our Bylaws were submitted by the deadline of September 6, 2005. According to our Bylaws, all such proposals to be considered at the forthcoming Choir Assembly should have reached the Central Council by the deadline. The Central Council would have complied with any such proposals by submitting them to all choirs 60 days prior to the Choir Assembly. Therefore, no such proposals will be considered at the 59th Annual Choir Assembly in Livingston, NJ, November 4-6, 2005.
