Subject: Advance Notice of Amendments and Proposals
According to our Bylaws, all amendments and proposals to be considered at the 59th Annual Choir Assembly in Livingston, NJ, Nov. 4-6, 2005, should reach the Central Council by September 6, 2005, in writing, with a rationale. The Central Council will then comply by submitting them to all choirs two months prior to the Assembly for their study and consideration.
Therefore, if your choir has any specific proposals, or amendments to the Bylaws, please submit them by using the form below (see link below), and mail to:
