Subject: Choir and Altar Server Awards
Enclosed please find the 2005 application forms for the Gomidas and Yegmalian Awards to choirs and altar server programs. The awards will be presented at the 59th Annual Choir Assembly in Livingston, NJ, on November 5, 2005.
Note an earlier deadline for the application this year. This became necessary to ensure that applications reach the Central Council well ahead of the dates of the Choir Assembly. The deadline is July 10, 2005.
Please note: The form must be signed to be eligible for consideration for the awards.
