Subject: Advance Notice of Amendments and Proposals to be submitted to the 57th Annual Choir Assembly
According to our Bylaws, all amendments and proposals to be considered at the forthcoming Choir Assembly should reach the Central Council by July 26, 2003, in writing, with a rationale. The Central Council will then comply by submitting them to all choirs two months prior to the Assembly for their study and consideration.
Therefore, if your choir has any specific proposals, or amendments to the Bylaws, please submit them by using the attached form (see below), and mail to:
