Each year we ask the choirs of our Diocese to hold a special Choir Day Plate Collection and to send the proceeds to the Central Council for the benefit of the Association of Armenian Church Choirs of America. As you are aware, according to our Bylaws, dues are not assessed; therefore, your financial contribution helps to ensure the continuation of the worthwhile projects of the Association of Armenian Church Choirs of America. We thank you in advance for your cooperation.
Your choir may select any appropriate Sunday to take the collection in your church and send it in as soon as possible. This will allow the Treasurer time to compile an accurate and comparative budget for presentation at our next Choir Assembly. These collections are vital to enable the Central Council to administer the programs we sponsor throughout the year.
