Subject: No Bylaws Amendments or Proposals Submitted by Deadline

No proposed amendments or proposals to our Bylaws were submitted by the deadline of August 15, 2002. According to our Bylaws, all proposed amendments and proposals to be considered for the forthcoming Choir Assembly should have reached the Central Council by the deadline. The Central Council would have complied with any such proposals by submitting them to all choirs two months prior to the Assembly for their study and consideration. Therefore, no such amendments or proposals will be considered at the 56th Annual Choir Assembly in Watertown, MA, November 1-3, 2002.
