Subject: IMPORTANT REMINDERS
The 53rd Annual Choir Assembly is close at hand. Very shortly the Assembly's Agenda and Delagates' Credential forms will be sent to you. We would like to remind our choirs, however, that many have not yet sent in their Annual Reports. If your Choir is among the missing, please take the time now to fill in, sign, and mail your Annual Report.
In reviewing the Reports it did receive, the Central Council noted that some Choirs have expressed a wish to hold a future annual assembly in their parish. Thus far, there have been no specific bids for hosting the year 2000 assembly. We ask you to reconsider this important aspect of our organization's function.
In addition, if your choir has not sent in a plate collection donation towards the operating costs of the Choir Association, please do so.
Plus, don't forget to respond to the survey that was mailed out one month ago regarding the frequency of Choir Assemblies.
