Bulletin #14 1999

To: Parish Priests, Parish Council Chairpersons, Choir Chairpersons, Choir Leaders, Organists

From: Dr Socrates Boyajian,Chair, AACCA Central Council

Date: August 9, 1999

Subject: Forthcoming Annual Choir Assemblies

If your choir wishes to host a future annual assembly, this is the time to send in a letter of intent to the Central Council. Soon as the Central Council receives your letter, your parish will receive a call to confirm and answer any questions you may have. Your parishıs bid will then be presented during the 53rd Annual Choir Assembly for a vote by the delegates.

Hosting the year 2000 Annual Choir Assembly, the 2000th anniversary of our Lord Jesus Christ, will be a exceptional opportunity for a unique parish. Please check with your Parish Council as to putting in a bid for the year 2000, or 2001.

Soon you will be receiving detailed information from the St James Armenian Church, Richmond, VA, regarding the 53rd Annual Choir Assembly, where we look forward to a good representation of parishes. The Central Council will be glad to assist any choir in the planning of an assembly. Just call us - we're here to help. We are currently working with the Richmond parish in the planning of the 53rd Annual Choir Assembly.

I hope to see as many of you there as possible.
