Subject: IMPORTANT REMINDERS
The 52nd Annual Choir Assembly is close at hand. Very shortly the Assembly's Agenda and Delagates' Credential forms will be sent to you. We would like to remind our choirs, however, that many have not yet sent in their Annual Reports. If your Choir is among the missing, please take the time now to fill in, sign, and mail your Annual Report.
In reviewing the Reports it did receive, the Central Council noted that some Choirs have expressed a wish to hold a future annual assembly in their parish. Thus far, there have been no specific bids for hosting the 1999 assembly. We ask you to reconsider this important aspect of our organization's function, since it is very likely that we will devote that assembly to rehearsing and preparing the Touring Choir for its trip to Jerusalem in January of the year 2000.
