From: Mary Selvinazian, Chair, Central Council

Date: February 13, 1998

Subject: Minutes of the 51st Annual Choir Assembly

Enclosed are the minutes of the 51st Annual Assembly of the Association of Armenian Church Choirs of America, held in Washington, DC, with the Choir of St Mary's Armenian Church as host. The minutes and accompanying reports have been approved by the Primate and the Diocesan Council. Please make this packet of information available to your choir members and other interested persons in your parish.

Memories of the educational and inspirational workshops are still with us and all of us appreciated the brevity of the business sessions in order to take part in the wonderful learning experiences and warm fellowship more fully. Our gratitude is again extended to Assembly Chairman Deacon Gregory Krikorian and Assembly Secretary Adrienne Damian, for ther dedicated efforts. Special thanks go to those who came to the Assembly and participated in the meetings and events.

May we remind you once again that this year's Assembly will be held in Cambridge, Massachusetts, from November 5 through 8, 1998. Be sure to keep the date open so as not to miss it. The Choir of the Holy Trinity Armenian Church will be providing details as soon as their plans are finalized.

The referenced minutes of the 51st Annual Assembly are not listed here due to the fact that they need to be reviewed and approved by the 52nd Annual Assembly. And based on previous years - most like with changes and corrections.
